Yes. All performers are covered under a $2,000,000 liability policy. For example, fire performances include a dedicated safety technician. Be sure to ask your producer upon booking so that we can request a certificate from our provider specific to your event.

Yes. For events with three or more performers, we include a trained on-site manager who specialized in handling talent logistics including load in, set up, break management, and coordination. This allows you to focus on your event while we handle the entertainment details. For individual performer bookings, entertainers will manage themselves however an onsite coordinator can also be added for an additional fee to help out should you need it.

Absolutely. Teamwork makes the dream work. We frequently collaborate with planners, venues, and production teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements vary depending on the act, but may include adequate performance space, ceiling height for aerial acts, power access, nearby parking and a safe environment for specialty performances. For all events, we do require a private changing area for performers to get ready away from guests. This cannot be a public restroom, as it takes away from the overall guest experience. A private space with a door and mirror is required. Each act may also have specific needs. For example, stilt walkers require ceiling height and a place to safely mount, while fire performers need a clear space free of low-hanging elements like fabric or trees. We also require a point of contact for check-in and any parking or access instructions

Yes. A private and secure space is required for performers to change, store belongings, and prepare for their sets.

For events outside of our core areas, travel and accommodation fees may apply. These will always be clearly outlined in your proposal.

In the extremely rare case of an emergency, we provide a comparable or upgraded replacement performer to ensure your event is not impacted.
