- 01Start by exploring our acts page to see what stands out to you, then submit your event details through our booking page. From there, we guide you through the entire process.
- 02Pricing varies based on the number of performers, type of acts, duration, customization, and event logistics. We offer three tiered options. Tier 1 includes acts like balloon twisters, face painters, and caricature artists. Tier 2 includes acts like fire dancers, jugglers, and stilt walkers. Tier 3 includes more specialty and high-impact acts like sword swallowers, aerialists, and other highly skilled or high-risk performances. The more unique and technical the act, the higher the investment. We also offer custom packages to align with a range of budgets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- 03First, you submit through our booking page. We know the form can feel like a lot, but it ensures we have all the information needed to create a tailored quote. Once we review your details, we send options. After we align on selections, we provide a proposal and performance agreement. A signed agreement and deposit officially secure your date.
- 04Yes. We can recommend options or build a package that aligns with your budget while still delivering a strong and impactful experience. We have an option on our booking page to include your budget so that we can build a proposal specifically around it should you wish.
- 05Factors include talent level, number of performers, costuming, specialty equipment, customization, travel, rehearsal time, and overall scope of the experience.
- 06As early as possible. Many dates book in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays. Bookings within three weeks of the event are considered last-minute and may include rush service fees.
- 07Our minimums vary depending on the type of entertainment and event details. Most bookings begin at a base rate or hourly minimum, regardless of continuous performance time, as this reflects the level of professional talent, preparation, and coordination involved. At this time, our minimum investment begins at $350. This rate applies to select Tier 1 talent within our current troupe locations, with a minimum of three weeks’ notice, for bookings of up to one hour, and excludes peak dates and holidays.
